Once you log into your Clust account, click on you Picture on the top right of the page and go to Set up profile. Enter your actual password and the new one twice.
Make sure you use a password which is hard to guess.
Can I remove the password for my recipients?
Unfortunately, the password cannot be removed. It's protecting your recipient's files & information.
How can my recipients update their password?
Your recipients have a 'Forgot password' link on their portal that they can use to update their password.
