This feature allows you to upload documents from the admin interface, directly into a needs list.

Here are the cases when you could find it useful:

  • A customer hands over a required document by email, you add on bis behalf in the Clust list and check the 'Show in the Portal' option
  • A customer makes you a partial payment at your last appointment, you create a line 'Payment of X' and download the receipt at that location and check the option 'Do not display in the portal'

Client will see that the line item has been completed (Pending approval)

⚠️This feature is different from the file sharing feature. It's just intended for you to better manage applications and adding manually required documents into the list.
