Team members are people who are part of your team/company/workspace and also need to work on applications on a recurring basis (They can create applications, approve documents, request more elements etc. You may also need them to manage templates for example). You can remove a team member whenever needed. 

What's not counted as team member?

We do not include within team members your stakeholders or guests (to whom to may send an application for review- in this case they can access a private area and download all files or share feedback securely - this is possible using the Collaboration feature).

Team members are not External members. 

Stakeholders and clients or recipients are unlimited.
