Applications leverage the process that you pre-defined in a template. Applications are also called 'Client applications' although the recipient can be anyone you work with. In a nutshell, a recipient starts an application once they join the secure interface or once you invite them from your account to submit their info . One user can start multiple times an application.

  • Inviting someone to submit their information

Creating an Application is super easy. Just click on the 'New application' button in the header.

Recipients will receive an email and land on a secure interface where they will be able to start their application. The secure portal is password protected.

  • Creating an application without inviting the recipient

If you need to edit the checklist (Needed items) before inviting a recipient, make sure you untick 'Send notification email' at step 2 of the 'New application' flow.
You'll be able to edit the Checklist first before you send out the email invitation to your recipient.

  • Grabbing the application access URL

Go to the Application and click on More Options>General to grab the link and send it the way you want to.
