• What are the different client experiences available with Clust?

They are multiple ways to have recipients submit their information to Clust. Depending on the way you choose the experience will be slightly different. Here is a recap of how it works.

  • What does an application portal looks like?

You can test-drive application portal here.

  • Can I also add a custom domain to the admin interface?

Today we only provide the ability to add a custom domain name to your applications portal.

  • Can I have someone from Clust set up my account?

Yes. Please visit this article to submit a request. Our onboarding manager will be happy to help you with getting started.

  • Can I add scripts to branded client portal?

Yes, Clust allows you to add floating widgets in your template such as appointment booking modules or chat bubbles. Go to Lesson 8 to learn how. The script will need activation from our team.

  • Can create an application and have recipients log back into it from a portal?

The portal experience and invite-only flows are managed separately in the system. So an applicant invited from your account will have to log back into their application by clicking in the emails received throughout the journey.

  • Can I give an option for clients to pick the template or service for which they are submitting information?

You can create a selection page on your website and redirect each choice made by your client to the right Clust template.

  • What happens when I close an application?

Closing an application will lock the client interface, but you Reopen a closed application at any time.
