Folders have been replaced by Tags to give you more flexibility. Don't worry, if you had folders already in place nothing will change.

  • Creating a tag

1- Go to Resources>Tags
2- Click on the 'New Tag' button
3- Name your tag
4- Select a color for your tag and confirm

  • Adding tags to existing applications

1-Go to Applications and open the client application
2-Go to 'More Options'
3-Type in '#' to see your current list of tags
4- Pick one tag and repeat

⚡️If you type in a tag that was not listed yet, it will automatically be created⚡️

  • Adding/creating tags when you create a application

1-Click on the 'New Application' button in the header
2-Fill out the information
3-At step 2, type in '#' to see your current list of tags
4- Pick one tag and repeat

  • Deleting a tag

1- Go to Resources>Tags
2- Click on the dropdown arrow ▼
3- Click on 'Delete Tag' and confirm

  • Automatically tagging applications created through a portal 

From the Resources>Client portals, make sure you pick a tag (only one allowed) when building your portal URL or embedded portal script.

  • Viewing all applications under one tag

Head over to Resources>Tags and click on the 'View application' button of the related tag
